A Perfect Room

A fantastic room with a little balcony, modern decor and everything you need. The bed was comfortable and no noise despite Borg directly opposite the Bernina Express. A train spotters paradise. The staff were very friendly and helpful, check out the Caffe Lucignolo in the the piazza Marinoni the patron makes the most amazing sandwiches and the views are great.

Very convenient to the train station, dinner at Posteria del rossa was great, different and very reasonable price. All other posts are correct in that the check in is at a completely different hotel close by.

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. However, it should be noted that check-in is not at this hotel; it is at Berina Hotel on the other side.

Lifestyle and Hotel. com still charged my account. I know there are policies but we were hoping that there might be some understanding and compassion.

Amazing hotel

Excellent hotel with a 2-minute walk to the Bernina Express train station. Many restaurants nearby. Check-in is at the Bernina hotel that takes 2 minutes to walk to.

Coffee machine leaked all over and hairdryer had a frayed cord which emitted a very big spark while trying to dry my hair. Most convenient for Bernina express! And good facilities. Checkin was weird.

Everything was very good, if not excellent. The only knock on the whole stay. The kid told me anything in the blue was free to park for one day. I woke up in the morning to a €30 ticket.

This was a great place. Clean, great bedding and towels. Perfect location for the trains. Nice walk to restaurants and landmarks. Only downside was the air had not been turned on yet in April and it was really hot.
