The rooms were good but wifi did not work and hairdryer the plug point was not working unless you hold it. Need to keep asking for towles as they have only two towels for four people. The food taste i will rate it 3 or 4 out of 10 and it is expensive. I had go to near by restaurant after tasting food on day 1. The staff was good but need to take feedback when chevking out.

There was no internet, I could not do my seminars and training. Very frustrating, response was not timely, I had to call and inform front desk. As a professional my needs were not met. There must be a refund generated. Bimal.

I have been staying here for years. The service is excellent but the quality of food has taken a dramatic turn downwards. Staff at restaurant and the front desk are friendly but overall quality of the room, and food in particular is not up to mark. You will be disappointed.
