Definitely tight! Didn’t like that the restaurant on the lobby level requires a drink minimum- I guess it’s standard in Tokyo. But as a guest, I should be able to sit and chill without having to order anything or he pressured to buy food. Otherwise, front desk staff were great!

Everything was perfect about this hotel, one small suggestion would be better signage outside indicating entrance to lobby. We walked by it twice before finding entrance, other than that would definitely recommend it too others and stay here again when in town.

Nice property in the heart of Shibuya. Rooms were small but quiet with super comfortable beds. The restaurant and coffee shop in the hotel were good options in a pinch.

Great hotel

All day place is very comfortable, clean, and has welcoming staff. The size of the room was great for a couple. Location is perfect for exploring Shibuya, with easy access to Shinjuku, and Harajuku. The food in the hotel is a little pricy for the quality, the vending machine was completely empty, and filtered water is only in one location without a vessel to bring it back to your room. Small inconveniences for an otherwise delightful stay. Would recommend.

Standard Tokyo hotel in it's class as to room size and amenities. Good location. Staff was extremely young, but friendly. Overall I would keep it on my list of hotel choice as a frequent traveler to Tokyo if they would fix their internet. The internet service was terrible and I would need to go elsewhere to get any business done. Fix the internet and I'd keep it on the top 3 of my usual hotels in that area.

Great location

Our family of four stayed here for four nights. The location is excellent, with easy access to Shibuya and Harajuku on foot, as well as proximity to Shibuya station. Rooms are small as expected in Tokyo. Service at the on site restaurant is very slow, but food is good (breakfast better than dinner). Staff were nice but not overly accomodating. Some cleanliness issues in the room (stains on sheets, carpet and mattress) but overall good for the location. Love the Appelles toiletries, one of my favorite brands!

Not what I expected at all for the $. The location was good but that’s it for me. Felt like a dormitory. Hallways freezing. Rooms smaller than average in Japan. No coffee in room or at hotel except for purchase. Staff was helpful somewhat but mostly on their laptops. Everything is self check in and out. Just not my cup of tea. No maid service except for towels and small trash. One thin towel. For the money, there is better.

Nice hotel with a quiet loxation.

First I would say this is not what I would consider a four star hotel. The room was a touch dirty on checking in and there were stains on the carpet. With the bad out of the way it was a nice hotel well located away from the business of Shibuya but still not a far walk to either the scramble crossing or the train lines. The room was standard Tokyo sized and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were really awesome and I liked the styling of their front desk.
