My family and I appreciate the kind and beautiful staff, consistent cleaning, quiet area, and the convenient store nearby. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Nice hotel with a good location. Easy walk to many convenience stores, a small grocery store and several Coredo locations which offer many restaurant choices. Short walk to a few different subway lines. We found the room comfortable with a very good shower and beds. A big plus was filtered water from the sink which saved buying plastic single-use bottles. The hotel temperature inside was kept very warm (late January/early February) but the room was easily managed by turning off heat or opening the window a little. Very friendly staff who were eager to help as needed, I enjoyed speaking with them, and admire how hard they work. The hotel restaurant was very convenient although less expensive options are nearby, especially near Kanda station. Still, not wildly expensive at all. It was much cooler inside the restaurant, if not a bit chilly a couple mornings. Fun to watch the people walk by on their way to work. Very quiet inside overall. Some outside city noise with the window cracked open, but once closed again it was all good. I have no experience with other area hotels but I'd be totally happy to stay here again.
Fantastic property and great sized rooms. Although the rooms are compact (as are most rooms in Japan) they are very modern and a clever format, making the room feel spacious and livable for an adult and two teenagers. A number of train lines easily accessible, along with many places to eat. Highly recommend this hotel!
