Loved our stay here. Very convenient for Disney parks which is why we booked it. DisneySea about 10 minute walk, Disneyland about 20 and train station the same. Lovely check in area and lobby, free coffee machine 24/7, water and usual vending machines plus microwaves for use Staff lovely and loved how the dining area had considered small children with special plates and cups plus little touches such as tiny pots of jelly. Room brilliant, we had a twin ao bit bigger. Very good quality beds which after our last hotel was very welcome. Motel style as you step out of your room door but we also had a view of DisneySea and could watch the fireworks on an evening

The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the fact that it was a 700yen taxi ride from Maihama station. I didn’t take advantage of it but there’s a bike on site that you can rent too. There’s a Lawson conbini 5 minutes away!

Overall, highly recommended. Staff are very friendly, polite and accomodating. It’s just the property is a little bit old, the toilet mirror adhesive in the front, appears mouldy. Also, spider web on the tubes of the toilet water supply line. Nonetheless, they clean the room everyday. Apart from that, they replenish supply of toiletries and change towels everyday . Lawson is walking distance.

Great Disney hotel stay

The breakfast buffet was very good, reserving the night before saves a few dollars. The rooms were big enough for my family and the location is one of the best for Disney, for not being a Disney hotel. Just a short walk to both parks. Under 0.5 miles.

Great location

Very close to Disneyland and Disney Sea, free daily shuttle to the parks or the the JR station Maihama. Also very short walk to family store for snacks and food. It was very well priced and staff were very thoughtful and friendly.
