Night staff is really friendly. Quiet hotel. Conveniently located by Ueno and akihabara. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops. No housekeeping unless you pay a fee but that wasnt a problem for me because I only stayed for 2 nights.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is so wonderful! Bonus, the hotel is perfectly located to shopping, dining, entertainment and trainlines (JR, H, G and C). There is so much to see and do and it is easy to hop on any of the railways to almost any location nearby. The hotel staff are so friendly and cheerful, we absolutely love this hotel and stayed last year - we will be back next year!

Overall a good stay, but there wasnt too many amenities (some coffee providedor larger mugs would be nice). Would suggest a vending machine with some snacks, but there are alot of food shops around. Note that visitors not allowed up to the room even non staying family, and this is enforced by a mandatory stop on the concierge floor on the elevator However the rooms were clean and the location was good and close to the station.
