The management team did not mention that my guest will need to provide Government issued ID. Only when we were already in the car and on the way to destination did the management team email me (not even continuing the conversation in the app) that they would need to provide that ID. The whole time I'm trying to work with them to provide anything I can since my guest doesn't have ID. Then when I arrived there to try and provide anything I could like a credit card and bill statement for my guest (since he doesn't have ID) they did not answer any phone calls and ghosted me until 2am when they asked me if I was ever going to check-in Not impressed at all

I paid for parking and was sent an email that the garage fob was with the apartment key. It was not. Globalstay did not respond to phone calls and I had to wait for an email that gave me the location of the fob. In the meantime, we were out in subzero weather trying to deal with parking. There was a light out, exhaust fan didn’t work, minimal lighting in the bedroom that didn’t work well and dog poop on the balcony. i reported all and they sent a housekeeper who just wanted to argue that the light was working when we checked in. Also, unlike every other place, Globalstay actually processes a charge to your credit card for the security deposit and you have to wait for a refund. The apartment description said that the apartment tv had satellite channels and streaming. There were not any satellite channels and streaming only works if you have an account with one that works in Canada. With the storm coming, I was trying to find news about it.

The property is outdated and need a face lift. The unit I stayed in was pretty clean except for the bathroom, it had hair on the toilet seat and the washer had ant coming out of it. The trash was very small and I had to put a bag in it to get it started. The area is nice and very walkable. The train is nearby and the bus.
