Good to know: As this is a basement suite, you may sometimes notice typical home sounds—such as water running through pipes, water dripping or light air-conditioning noise.

Strict Policies:
- No parties, excessive noise, or gatherings
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building and balcony
- No commercial activities of any kind
- 24-hour security management is in operation

Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Standard check-in time: 4 PM | Standard check-out time: 11 AM. Need flexibility? Inquire about early check-ins or late check-outs (subject to availability).

Cleaning Policy: This is a cozy property, not a hotel. Regular cleaning during your stay is not provided unless requested.
Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.

No Smoking & No Parties: This is a non-smoking, no-party property. Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Smoking indoors will trigger the smoke detector and may result in penalties.

If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid additional fees for rescheduling our cleaning team.
