IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ The guest will have access to the entire basement, NOT including upstairs. Please, make yourself at home.



➤ This property is not wheelchair friendly.



➤ Please note that this property does NOT include parking, however there is a street permit parking available for your own purchase at the city.



➤ Please note that access to mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months.
