Your booking is for a room with private washroom, we given you Luxury Suite with private washroom with the same price so that you should be more comfortable although there is big price difference. You have not returned room key, took it with you at the time of check out & we have to change the lock of the room for security reasons. Our staff is living 24 hours in the guest house, but check in is by prior arrangement only so that if she has to go to the laundry, our guests should not has to wait for. Anyway thanks for staying with us.
