Great location in quiet Toronto neighborhood
This is just close enough to downtown that everything is accessible, but far enough away that you're not dealing with a lot of traffic and noise. Located next to some great restaurants and breweries. Parking is a hassle and adds up over time, so I recommend getting to learn the public transportation system.

Exceeded Expectation
This place was a DeaL. Host & Property manager very attentive to my needs (few) and is a two-level unit w plenty of privacy and felt very secure. Great huge bed w washer/dryer. i extended my initial stay here I liked it that much! A very good deal and felt very homey w big TV as well! Definitely recommend.

Property is good for a couple. A quick walk to downtown area and restaurants. The best thing about this listing is the super host. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. My only advice is that guests become quite familiar with parking rules and regulations as the street signs are confusing if you are not from TO and there is strict enforcement.

Biggest issue is lack of parking. Street parking is limited to 3 hours during the day, and not at all from 4-6. Though was free to park from 9PM to 8AM. Could have used some paper towels and working blinds on the bed room windows.

Not for 4 people!
We booked explicitly for 4 people. When we arrived we noticed to our surprise, that the flat could barely host 3. The bed is large enough, but the couch can fit only one small person. We contacted Ryan, who put up an air mattress the next day, so for one night we had to sleep in the bed with 3 people. Ryan was nice and attentive - if you have a SIM card call him. Seriously, change the add to 3 people max. (or put up a couch that sleeps two comfortably). The flat is large enough for that, and the kitchen has enough amenities for 4 people. Other than that were content: The flat is clean, tidy and has everything you need. It's located right next to the distillery district, which is nice.
