Do not stay here! It's a scam! BEWARE OF HDDEN FEES! You will pay way too much for an apartment that is dirty, mouldy and falling apart. It is unkept and the owner owns a bunch of different units where she just pumps people through them and doesn't upkeep anything. Slumlord. It's impossible to get in contact with a human if you have any issues. The washing machine in my unit didn't work and after alerting the landlord, she ghosted us and didn't get it fixed. My colleagues were so unhappy with their unit that they left and paid for a hotel. This place is gross, over priced, the building is crowed, elevators take forever, and the parking garage is a crazy maze. The owner is not a nice person who you won't be able to get a hold of.

Checking into the apartment was super easy and we received the detailed instructions by the host. The building was secure with concierge at the front. The overall cleanliness was spectacular. The building also had a swimming pool and gym facilities on a recreation floor which was nice to have these amenities that we don’t have in our home at this time. The apartment is itself is beautiful and spacious three separate bedrooms one of which had a master bathroom with the shower and the tub. The second bathroom also had a shower which was nice beautiful views from the balcony !! Overall it was one of the best stays we have had. We are right in the heart of downtown Toronto and metro station. We totally recommend this appointment to anyone wishing to stay in the heart of Toronto. Good value for the money … Thank you to host a for a pleasant stay…

Never book this property and it shoudl not be on Expedia. Check in and check out was a horrible process. I took a taxi to the address I originally booked and was told I had to go to another apartment. Apparently they texted me while I was on my international flight. After booking on Expedia, i was beseiged by a myriad of emails asking me to register and fill out verious forms. Then they sent more emails asking for payment and deposits. .... even though I paid through Expedia. In the end, I was double charged - which they are in the process of fixing. Worst stay I have had in years.

It was the worst travel experience I’ve had. We showed up on the first evening, and there was no record of our booking at the concierge. It wasn’t the concierge’s fault. The management company hasn’t set it up. To make matters worse, they weren’t reachable at the phone number provided. We called the hotels.com phone number, which kept dropping our calls, and they were unable to reach the number provided either. We arranged alternate accommodation for the first night on our own, and hotels.com arranged accommodation for us for the remainder of the trip, and reimbursed us for the first night. It was an overall very sour experience and we would think twice about using hotels.com again. We will definitely not be using this condo again.

Unfortunately this was one terrible experience! From the lack of communication on the check in, to a parking clicker not being available for the parkade to the lack of communication with the concierge that our unit had changed, to a dirty unit (dirty towels, dirty dishes, dirty floor). Unfortunately the pictures in the unit show nicer than the actual unit. When we finally spoke with the reservations team (because they chose to communicate through an online system), I went through everything and they said they would send a cleaner the next day, but never did. Overall a very disappointing stay - poor communication, poor customer service, and overall condition of the unit was less than satisfactory.

Fabulous location
The apartment was very well located, within walking distance of Union Station if you want to take the UP Express from Pearson airport. One thing to note is that this is not a hotel, but rather a condo unit. They are very strict on check in and check out times, so don't expect to show up and be able to get in early. There is not luggage storage, but you can pay for luggage storage if you need it at the Intercontinental Hotel by the train station. The price was $5/bag. This was a safe area of town, close to the CN tower, the aquarium, the Rogers Center, and the Princess of Wales Theatre. The apartment itself was very comfortable and has a cute balcony overlooking Front Street. Restaurants are plentiful in the area as well. Guests also have access to the well-equipped gym on the 15th floor.
