I loved how the key, would make the elevator go to your floor. If you didn’t have the key, you can’t go in the elevator. It made me feel very safe as a solo woman going in and out 100x a day.

The condo location was great, and it was spacious and had a beautiful view; however, there were a few things that could be improved. Bedroom - No TV in either bedroom - Only one tiny nightstand in otherwise spacious bedroom - no other tables or flat surfaces - Small nightstand in master is missing 1 out of 4 feet, making it very wobbly - Lamp on small nightstand in master is missing on-off switch knob, requiring unplugging to turn off Plug-in on night table in smaller bedroom is loose, phone charger keeps falling out. Living Room - The living room TV remote had a dead battery - this was rectified several days after our arrival General - No full-length mirrors in the unit - bathroom mirrors are chest-level and up - Only one FOB (required for building and elevator access) for two or more guests made it difficult to venture out on your own; we had to make arrangements to meet to get back into the building, which was inconvenient - Windows & balcony railing glass need to be cleaned Bathrooms - Bath towels are small but adequate - The fan in the guest bathroom doesn't work - Bathrooms are too dark Kitchen - No oven mittens - No measuring cup - No corkscrew - No scissors - No cling wrap, aluminum foil, or sandwich bags - No recycle bin - No dish soap - No dishwasher pods - No salt or pepper shaker - Confusing user interface on the stove & small dishwasher, and no manuals - The fridge is too small for a two-bedroom unit for longer stays - Only one dish sponge & dish towel

At first this was a great property with a great view then things kind of went sideways. The door on the cupboards were broken, the room was 30 degrees the whole time and couldn’t be turned down, there where crumbs all over the beds so we had to wash them, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and when contacting them about all of this they told me to write a review like that would do anything. After all of this we were going to leave and the key broke off in the door I simply told them about it and they said this is considered property damage which may take my deposit. $200 deposit to pay for a new key which would be $5 for a new one. Overall this place was great location but as for it being clean and contacting owners it was not a good experience. Very disappointed wouldn’t not recommend and will not be back.

I had a generally positive experience during my stay at this rental. The unit was clean, secure, and conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, including Starbucks, as well as attractions like the Rogers Centre and Ripley's Aquarium. The view was enjoyable, and the towels provided were of high quality. The kitchen amenities met my expectations, making the stay comfortable. However, there were some challenges. I found Globalstay's process for submitting government-issued ID via email to be **insecure** and lacking confidence in its safety. Additionally, parking arrangements were inconvenient—since the assigned parking space required a fob, it was inaccessible until check-in time. While security staff worked with me to find a temporary solution, it wasn’t ideal as I needed parking for several hours. Furthermore, parking is not suitable for large vehicles and lacks clear signage for navigating between levels or exits. Overall, while the rental itself was great, improvements to the ID verification process and parking arrangements would enhance the experience significantly.

The property was near to the train station and other forms of public transportation. We are able to ride the train from the airport to the station near the property. It also provided a great view of the city at night. It was just across the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium. We had a great stay. Highly recommended.

Within walking distance of several attractions, restaurants and shopping. Directly across street from CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Ripleys Aquarium and Convention centre. Building is safe and secure, will definitely go here again.

Cleanliness is an issue, particularly in the showers. Scum/mildew in corners is gross. Very few hangers for towels in bathroom. I was contacted by Globalstay with 1-1.5 hrs notice that the owner would be in to install a new TV because the old one wasn't working. We did not request this, nor notify anyone of a TV issue. I emailed Globalstay that I didn't want anyone accessing the unit, as I'm responsible for my colleague's geological equipment. They said they'd notify the owner, but I never heard back from either party. So, I left my conference which I was in town for, and went back to the unit. The owner knocked on the door and proceeded to install the new TV. I was not pleased by the lack of communication or the inconvenience. My previous experience with Globalstay was very good.

When I booked there was no mention of a minimum age to book just that all guests are considered adults then when trying to speak to a manager was told they will not pick up a phone to have a conversation and all communication is done over email with is frustrating then they said because we were under 25 we were 24 and 23 they made us pay an additional 4 figures in a damage deposit when our room was only 3 figures for 2 days they told us this 2 days before our flight left then we asked for early check in so from 4 o’clock to 2 o’clock we got in to our room it was a catastrophe bed was no made nothing sanitized then at 3 o'clock when we were getting out of the shower the cleaners came in very argumentative and demanded not asked us to leave so she can clean she explained she was to have the room done at 12 and that I guess was some how my problem

We went at a very busy time, but overall had a great experience. Couldnt hear any neighbours or anything, was very quiet and comfortable.

It was very comfortable, clean, and walking distance to our conference venue. Great view of CN tower. Some minor repairs needed (shower head in main bathroom, hinge adjustment on kitchen cupboards and cracked glass in hall closet door). Overall, spacous & comfy unit!
