The AC in the room wasn’t working well, so it didn’t go above 19 degrees. I went to phone the front desk but the phone wasn’t working either. So I had to sleep with multiple layers.

My stay was okay - not great. Main issues were that the heating unit was very very noisy. Turning it off meant the room would be too cold. The unit was cutting in and out throughout the night waking me up. Also, the charging station for phone and accessories was not working. A very kind front desk attendant came up to look at it but couldn’t actually do anything about it. I could also hear other guests when the heating unit cut out. The room was clean and well appointed but the bed was very soft. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was satisfactory - a bit cold. The shuttle service was very convenient when I checked out; however, upon arrival, I waited 40 minutes at Pearson for it. I called the hotel and the attendant said to wait and it would come. It didn’t. Happily, the hotel paid for a taxi, but that required calling back several times for them to finally answer and waiting another 25 minutes. The broken sleep from the heating unit was enough for me to not select that hotel again.

My only complaint is the heating system is not well designed and noisy. The vent in the bedroom is directed to blow air directly at the top part of bed, which was very uncomfortable, and blew cold air. Only solution was to turn off system at night. Staff were very accommodating. Location of building is in a business office area with little traffic during evening.

Can’t reach anyone at the hotel. My daughter is stranded at the airport. I picked this hotel because it said they had a shuttle only to learn, after I paid for the room, that you can’t reach anybody in the airport and you had to set up the shuttle 72 hours in advance. So this is money wasted

Check in wasn’t great it was disorganized and things weren’t working and staff didn’t seem like they had no idea what to do Beds were comfortable rooms were clean and showers had lots of hot water. The furnace system was very load and made funny smells
