Check in was not how I had anticipated. In message to me upon booking it indicated 4pm standard and upon calling i was.told i could not check in earlier and in fact my unit would not be ready until 530pm for check in which is not what they have posted on Expedia for their posted suite. There were also 2 Screws sticking out of the wall in the one bedroom, and fridge seals were all mouldy. So that's an area thats been repeatedly missed by cleaner to have addressed. Communication from renter was poor, hard to get ahold of. And my check out time was at 1pm and yet someone came.knocking at 1130am to clean unit and gave us 3-5 minutes to vacate, we hadnt even showered yet so that was obscene. Their excuse was someone was.going to check in soon. Why was the same considerations not made for us, so that felt wrong. Didn't like that part that Communication was not clear and that it was falsely advertised on Expedia for the times it differed from the correspondence we had receieved over the Phone. So my recommendation is for the renters of suite to please stick with one main message (to meet guests expectations and avoid confusion) as should be the intent and main purpose when in business.of accommodating guests.

Checking in was a nightmare. The check in time is 4pm, the email we received before check in said 5pm. We were told at the desk that the room wasn’t clean yet. When we went to check again, the front desk said we didn’t have a reservation. We finally got to our room, there was no house keeper, but their backpacks and scooter were in our room. I had to call to get them removed, they wanted us to leave the housekeepers things there and just lock the door. Just a mess. There was only 1 glass in the kitchen. The carpet was dirty…. I do not recommend.

I had a terrible experience staying here because of poor management from the agent. When I got to the building, I could not get into the lobby without a key fob. I called the agent to ask them what I should do. They kept telling me to talk to the concierge, despite me telling them that there was no one there. I talked to security in the building across who were kind enough to allow me access into the lobby and the elevators. The agent said the key would be on the kitchen counter, but I couldn't find it. I searched the entire place. I notified the agent, who just kept asking me if I've looked everywhere. The room had no other physical locks on the inside, just one lock that is opened with a key that was missing. I felt so unsafe in that room. The agent finally agreed to send someone to provide a spare set of keys. The next day, they said they found the original and wanted to swap it for the spare. I realized later that this key didn't allow me access to my floor. I informed the agent about this but, yet again, they were unhelpful. I talked to the security in the other building who checked the fob and said that it was for a different floor in a different building. I relayed this to the agent. They finally agreed to send someone over to give me the spare key back. I waited in the other building's lobby, locked out of my room, for close to a hour. Please don't be fooled by the lack of negative reviews. The management later tried to convince me not to leave one.

Nice place to stay however, the check in procedure is questionable and should maybe be reevaluated. At one point there were four different guests trying to contact company to get room numbers and info, with little results. It took us 20 minutes to finally reach someone, after multiple attempts, via phone and emails. Others waited longer. Washer didn’t work and stove was confusing to use, even after googling it. Great location for us, great size and very cozy and comfy. Cleaner was amazing and nice.
