READ THIS FIRST

I reserved this property expecting a nice place based on the price. Location is great, view is nice. That’s all the nice things about this place. First, I reserved a room with a queen size bed, as advertised. I got a full size mattress in a bigger frame, so you had to climb into the mattress so you wouldn’t hit your shin (see pictures). My wife and I had little confort because we need a bigger mattress, that’s why I booked a queen size. Next, property is going under construction, so expect lots of noise after 8am. There are six elevators, 3 for the first 30 floors and 3 other for the rest. Two for the lower floors wouldn’t work leaving only one elevator for all the people going up and down. Lines were long waiting for being able to get into the elevator, for max 7 people or less with luggage. One time we went down the stairs 16 floors after waiting more than 15 min for an elevator. For the other floors, also one elevator didn’t work. Even front desk suggested using stairs… yeah with luggage or older people or kids or just being tired, this is a great option. When management was contacted they claimed bed was what they listed (of course not), and there were alternatives to the elevator (stairs) and that construction was not in their control (but they didn’t disclosed in the listing). Front desk confirmed this has been ongoing for a while so were not isolated situations. Definitely better to pay a little more to avoid this situation at all!

When only one of three elevators that access your floor is functioning (in my case I was on the 16th floor) this is unacceptable, inconvenient, dangerous and not safe should there be an emergency.

Place was absolutely beautiful. Accessible to lots of shops, restaurants, union station. Quick with responses and very helpful and kind! Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating as well. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived there were wet towels in the bathroom sink and wood chips on the floor. We called support and they told us a repair man had been in after cleaners to fix the dishwasher. I asked for a cleaner to come and bring more towels and tidy up. They said no one was available and there were no other rooms available. They offered us late check out on the day we leave and a cleaner would come "first thing" the next day. There was no cleaner or contact from support until late in the day. When the cleaner did arrive all he had was a bottle of windex and a roll of paper towels. We had to wait while he went and got the things we needed. On checkout day i received a messge telling me checkout was at 11 and since we hadn't checked out yet we would be charged $40. I had to remjnd the staff member that we were offered late checkout and I had an e-mail to prove it. Again they apologized, but it was another example of poor service. In between day one and day five our stay was good. The location is great and the condo matched the description.

There were several deficiencies that I mentioned to ownership and they said they cared but it was a disappointing answer. There was snot on the wall. Snot! The pull out sofabed was warped and stained. Not a functional queen bed.

Good value compared to other nearby hotels. Location is great, communication was great my issues that there are three elevators and only one was working. Waited half an hour to get onto the elevator to the room. This was extremely annoying, and discourage me from leaving the room. Also, the live TV app is super confusing… And I couldn’t believe that there’s no SportNet subscription. This is insane! Aside from those two things, everything was good.

Location to Rogers Centre to watch the Jays was perfect- literally across the road. The condo had lots of room and was well-stocked. It does not have air conditioning so it was very warm. The hot tub wad not filled so we couldn't use it, but the pool area and pool were great. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store all within an easy walk. Would recommend!

The building is in an excellent location. Only one elevator was working in a 27 floor high-rise the whole time we were there. The apartment had everything necessary, but needed some maintenance. The carpet in the bedroom was dirty and smelled like a wet dog. The window in the bedroom did not open.

Elevator issues, waited at times 30 mins for an elevator. Disabled Veteran, I would have taken the stairs, but there were way too many floors for me. 1 elevator on the left operating, and maintenance was using the other serviceable one to carry furniture, so the public couldn’t use it.

Elevator issues made it impossible to take advantage of the pool.
