Gran Paradiso, a prestigious estate with 21,000 square meters of flat grounds, sleeps 18, lake views, and an AC pool.



Villa Gran Paradiso is a unique place with a bucolic atmosphere. Here, you can experience a truly relaxing holiday immersed in the typical nature of these hills, just steps from the la-ke. The villa measures approximately 400 square meters and is divided into three units (the main building with six bedrooms and two studio apartments). It is the ideal solution for a stay in company, yet with the comfort and privacy you desire.

This recently renovated fairytale-like residence has kept its history alive, showcasing the exposed stonework, antique terracotta floors, and wooden ceilings.

It comprises eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and four kitchens. Some bedrooms and parts of the grounds offer lake views.

Ideal for a wonderful family vacation, the villa features a terraced swimming pool and a large porch with a fireplace that can accommodate up to 18 people.

The park with a pond is completely fenced and pet-friendly.



  • Bedrooms: Sleeps 16+2 (maximum 16 adults) in 8 bedrooms: on the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms overlooking the park, on the second floor there are two spacious and bright double bedrooms with panoramic lake views and en-suite bathrooms. Two additional double bedrooms are located in two studio apartments, one on the first floor and one on the second floor with lake and park views and an en-suite bathroom. The first-floor studio apartment has a double sofa bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

  • Bathrooms: A total of 8 simple and functional bathrooms with showers, 2 on the ground floor connected to the laundry rooms, two on the first floor, and 2 ensuite on the top floor and 2 in the apartments.

  • Kitchen: A comfortable kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with all ma-jor and minor appliances. The two studio apartments have small but convenient kitchens, and the barbecue area under the porch features a new kitchen wall, ideal for enjoying un-forgettable evenings with friends outdoors.

  • Indoor/Outdoor Dining: : Spacious dining area with kitchen and table for 12-14 people. Flat-screen TV with digital cable and Astra satellite connection. Outside, there is a beautiful porch that can accommodate up to 18 people, a large and charming barbe-cue fireplace, a convenient kitchen wall for comfortable outdoor cooking, and a new, large gas barbecue. Comfortable and spacious outdoor seating area ideal for 8-10 people.

  • Pool: Private pool (approximately 8x2.5m), maximum depth 140cm, furnished with sun loungers and hammocks.

  • Garden: 21,000m2 flat park with olive grove and romantic lake, ideal for connecting with nature and freedom.

  • Media: TV with HDMI, USB connections, and digital cable.

  • WIFI: WIFI included

    We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful villa! We were a large group of 12, and it was the perfect size to accommodate all of us. The location is very good, very close to Toscolano Maderno, and it was easy to get to hiking, biking, ferries, beautiful, small towns on the lake, and excellent restaurants in SalĂČ. The owners were incredibly helpful, even quickly buying a replacement refrigerator when one of the two refrigerators was broken. The agency was very responsive and helpful, in the house had everything we needed. The kids loved having a pool, though we often found it just as nice to go down to a beach along the lake. The only thing I would recommend to any visitor of the house is to make sure you take the correct road into the house, or if you wish to take some of the smaller back roads, you get a smaller car
 We found that we could not take the most direct route into Toscano, as some of the Roads that went over the mountain and down towards Toscolano/SalĂČ where too tight for the average size German car. This is not much of a problem since the alternative route only takes an extra 5 to 10 minutes, but it gave us a little bit of an adventure when we discovered this on our first day! We loved our stay, and would happily come again if we were doing such a large family trip.

    The description on VRBO does not do this property justice - it is so much better than described. Plenty of clean appropriately sized bedrooms and bathrooms, two kitchens, with ample dining space. Outdoor sitting and eating areas, medium sized pool with lounge chairs and plenty of walking space and parking space as the property is enormous. Close proximity to several small towns on Lake Gardia makes the house perfect for relaxation, sightseeing and shopping.

    Amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. From the house, the garden, the communication, the location (really nice restaurants in walking distance, a lot of walking and hiking options). All in all it was just awsome!

    Heerlijk huis

    Een weekje door gebracht in dit huis met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Het huis is ruim, en met voldoende badkamers, wat erg fijn is. De inventaris is zeer compleet. En de tuin is geweldig! Novella is een hele fijne gastvrouw, ze zorgt ervoor dat het nergens aan ontbreekt.
