In the resort 400 m from the centre of Tossa de mar, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular (15 x 7 m, depth 100 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Motor access (ramp). Parking at the house. Shop 500 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar 400 m, bakery 300 m, café 400 m, bus stop "tossa de mar" 700 m. Nearby attractions: Waterworld Lloret 12 km, Girona 38 km, Barcelona 86 km, Marinland 20 km, lloret de Mar 7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
