You will be situated directly opposite the gorgeous Botanical Gardens where you are bound to meander, wander and chill. You are also a few minutes’ walk to The Strand, and you could walk to Townsville city in ten minutes if you don’t have a car. The iconic Strand offers an array of cafes, restaurants and specialty shopping and you can explore as far as the Casino and Marina at one end, or do a longer walk along the dedicated walkway to Pallarenda Beach in the other direction. You are also within reach of the walking track that takes you to Castle Street Lookout where you will enjoy a memorable view! Regardless of where you wish to go, you are in one of the best positions to access everything that matters.

Your apartment features two bedrooms, one king size and one double, single bunk style bed in the second room. Both rooms have convenient access to a modern and spacious bathroom including washer and dryer.
