"STAFF WAS EXCELLENT!THEY WERE VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ,HELPFUL,FRIENDLY AND PROACTIVE WHEN INTERACTING WITH ME.MORE THAN ONCE THEY CHECKED ON ME TO SEE IF I WAS COMFORTABLE AND NEEDED ANYTHING.AS A FORMER AIRLINE PILOT I HAVE STAYED IN A THOUSAND HOTELS S AND ,BY FAR,THIS WAS THE BEST STAFF I HAVE EVER DELT WITH.GREAT SEEVICE AND ALWAYS WITH A SMILE AND A "HELLO"!"

"The hotel was very nice and I would give it a 5-star rating, except for below issues. The advertised hot tub did not have working jets which also led to the well heated tub to be covered with leaves. The room was in tip top condition and well decorated. All staff from front desk, cleaning, Starbucks to bar were fine. I guess another issue would be the lack of valet parking when we arrived about 6:30 p.m. Thursday. We ended up needing to park over 100 yards from the entrance. Oh, there was also no bellman to take our suitcases, hang ups and coolers to the room."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay for one week in March 2026. I chose the location because it was close to my drs office (I was having a medical procedure) and because I wanted a hotel room with a kitchen. The room was very spacious and comfortable and quiet. The complementary breakfast was icing on the cake. There is a Panera Bread (restaurant) right next door which also came in handy while I recovered from my procedure. This was an excellent choice for me and I would highly recommend. "
