The apartment is located in the coastal area of Trani, just a short walk from the sea and sandy beaches, in a modern and rapidly expanding neighborhood. Free parking is available upon request at the time of booking. For larger groups, it is possible to book the adjacent Milù Apartment, for a total of 8 guests.<br><br><br><br>The 35-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a condominium building (please note there are 5 steps to access it) and is laid out as follows:<br><br><br><br>- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, and microwave; <br><br>- Living area with dining table, double sofa bed, and 45-<br><br> smart TV - Bedroom with double bed and closet<br><br>- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall<br><br>- Balcony.<br><br><br><br>Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating and air conditioning via vents throughout the apartment, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.<br><br>Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).<br><br><br><br>Note: The entryway is shared with the adjacent Milù apartment; however, the interior spaces are completely private.<br><br><br><br>Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
