"Staff were very friendly and helpful with information. However the swimming pool was closed on June 12 which was surprising since other hotel pools were open and it was almost 30 degrees outside. The beds and fold out couches were not great to sleep on unfortunately. For the price we paid per night, the sleep was uncomfortable. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked."

"Upon checking-in, we were upgraded to a different more spacious suite, which was nice! We had some questions, however the attitude of the staff was not friendly. Then next day we went to reception again and our concerns were taken care of. Except for that one specific employee on the front desk, all other staff were extremely helpful! Two concerns, first the hot tub closed at 10PM, would have been nice if it was open until late and second, the suite was spacious, however there wasnt a single mirror in the bedroom and the living room. Overall, room was spacious and clean and great customer service!!"
