The reception staff are exceptional. The staff in charge of breakfast were wonderful. I am Gluten Free and notified the hotel of this in advance to see if they had options for me. Every day there was a basked of gluten free bread, crackers, and muffins on my assigned table. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely good at hospitality. The air conditioning unit in our room was old and had a hard time keeping the room cool when it was really hot outside. The unit is also a bit noisy. The room was comfortable, the bathroom very clean and well equipped. Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the main pedestrian street and 15 minutes from the lake.

Above Average Hotel In Need of An Update
Hotel ok, nothing wrong per se but very outdated and old fashioned... Didn't have an iron or board and was told to go to the launderette... I was attending a wedding too and needed to get my shirt done. Having to pay extra for Wifi also was not great depsite a room price of over €100 a night.
