Very helpful staff, got us checked in and checked out at very late hours. There were multiple instances of crumbling plaster, appliances not secured to walls, and general aging issues with the building. Nothing that prevented us from sleeping well, and breakfast was acceptable.

Nice place to stay. Hotel was very clean, staff is very friendly, breakfast was good except they can vary a little bit the menu. Fruits, muffins and cereals looks old. A suggestion would be to use wrapped sweets. Bagels can be a good option as well. I request to extend my days and morning staff didn't provide any options. Otherwise, is a good choice for a stay.

Spectacular Stay

Prices are very good and the staff here is friendly and helpful the room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that was upsetting was this refrigerator did not have a freezer on top.Like the last time I was there I had the use of freezer .Other than that inconvenient stay it was awesome 👌 👏 👍 as usual.

Service at check in, I had the worst experience, I booked a room with a jet tub for me to spend Valentine's Day with my husband, and at the time of booking it said dogs are welcome, pet friendly hotel, but when I got there after 8 hours driving from Boston to the hotel, I couldn't have the room I booked because the attendant said that that room didn't accept dogs, and the reservation didn't say anything specifying that room, I took my dog, and I tried to talk to the attendant, he was Indian, the rudest person I've ever met, he said he couldn't do anything, he put me in a lower room and said it was the same price as the room I booked, but on the website it wasn't the same price I paid more for that specific room and I only found out that dogs weren't accepted for that room when I got there, the check in was the worst I've ever had at a hotel, and the person who was there was around 10pm on the 14th February, he just told me that he couldn't do anything... like accept this room and don't complain because I'm not going to do anything, I thought it was incredibly rude, someone who comes from so far away to stay there and is treated like trash, that's not right, the hotel doesn't have the necessary information to prevent this from happening.Never again I will be there in the hotel
