Villa in Tuscany with Wine Tours & Pools

Villa Sangiovese comprises 2 flats on the first floor of a rustico. The villa is situated on a farm in the beautiful and unspoilt Tuscan countryside south of Chianti, between the Crete Senesi and the Val d'Orcia. The ground floor of the villa is not in use.

It is a typical rustic stone house. The villa has a courtyard where you can dine. A stone staircase leads to the hall to enter the villa. The furniture is a combination of old and modern.

There are 2 swimming pools and a tennis court on the estate. The pools are about 150 metres from the villa.
In the main villa, there is a billiard table and table tennis.
You can also take a relaxing red wine bath and body treatments.

There are several hiking trails on the estate. In the wine cellar, you can take part in a wine tour. The estate produces several types of high-quality wines, including Brunello di Montalcino and Chianti Superiore. The estate's Osteria serves Brunello wine together with Cinta Senese, white truffles and other regional specialities.

The estate offers many activities and is also an excellent base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. It is possible to rent bicycles with delivery and pick-up service to the villa.

Included in the price: Utilities and whitewash, use of the tennis court, use of the swimming pools from early June to early October, guided tour of the farm with the historic rooms of the San Clemente chapel. The visit of the cellars includes the room that tells about the vineyards and the tasting of two wines from the cellars of Donatella Cinelli Colombini.

Note: The Wi-Fi is only available in the billiard room, in the restaurant and in the courtyard in front of the reception.
