We had a bucket list trip to Italy and this hotel was the best place, and really made our trip memorable and terrific! We especially loved Erika, who we called because we were lost in our car’s navigation trying to find it. Erika calmed us down and said on the phone “you’re ok, you’re close, and I’m going to stay on the phone with you until you get here” and then she quickly helped us understand why the valet service was the best route, much better than trying to find a parking spot on those busy streets! She also helped us reconfigure our room, because we had reserved it wrong, and needed an extra bed. We couldn’t have been more high maintenance, and Erika (and the housekeeping staff) could not have been more kind, accommodating and friendly. Really helpful to panicky tourists just trying to squeeze every minute into a short but meaningful vacation. She really is the superstar of the place, although the room was amazing, and the breakfast buffet deserves 10 stars. Terrific place!

My family and I stayed here because we were taking a cruise out of Trieste. The hotel was clean and very modern (I’m guessing recently updated). The staff were very friendly and several eateries are within walking distance. The cruise terminal is also within walking distance from the hotel so no need for a cab. It’s a short ride from the Trieste airport maybe 20/25 minutes at the cost at the time was about $85 Euros.

What a gem! This contemporary boutique type hotel was perfect for our stay before our cruise. We loved our stay, and felt very pampered. The included breakfast was delicious and the location was close to restaurants & shops. Highly recommend.

This property is super white and clean, staff are very nice. Service is excellent and breakfast is awesome and yummy. The coffee was served with white and blue ribbons! And the pastries are delicious. Erica from the front desk deserves a 5 star. Thank you.

LOVE this Hotel in Trieste

LOVED THIS HOTEL... it is conveniently located in Trieste. Walking distance from the train station where we came in. Room was spacious, breakfast was incredible and hotel staff were super helpful every minute. HIGHLY recommend it.

This property deserves 7 stars for its staff, location & service . The hotel and rooms were lovely with a super modern design. Bathroom had everything you needed and was also a fantastic design. Breakfast was delicious , The staff were amazing & we were even given a huge breakfast box to take with us for our very early departure at 4.30am plus a delicious cappuccino . Many thanks to all the staff from us 3 Kiwi (NZ) ladies .
