Alles in allem ok

Positiv: - sehr saubere Unterkunft - viel Platz - früherer Check-In möglich - gute Lage - grundsätzlich zweckmässig eingerichtet - Gutes Doppelbett Negativ: - Kommunikation mit Agentur eher schwierig bzw. ungewöhnlich - nach mehrmaligem (per Mail) Nachfragen betr. Ankunft knappes Mail erhalten, man solle anrufen. Beim Anruf (drei Vesuche...) wurde erstaunt reagiet , weshalb man anrufe... - Kücheneinrichtung sehr dürftig - kein Korkenzieher, keine Weingläser, keine gescheiten Messer, keinh Schneidbrett usw. - Mobiliar zwar einigermassen zweckmässig, jedoch von ziemlich billiger Qualität - Müllentsorgung ungelöst - es wird zwar offiziell akribisch getrennt, jedoch fehlen die entsprechenden Eimer. - Es war bei der Übernahme niemand vor Ort (z.B. Instruktion betr. Müllentsorgung...), und es meldete sich auch während der gesamten Dauer niemand von der Agentur. Ich fragte am letzten Tag mal per SMS nach, dannhiess es, wir sollen einfach vorbeikommen. Da stellte sich die Frage, wo denn die Agentur überhaupt ist...
