Best customer service at any hotel I have ever received. They were attentive and quick to help when toilet clogged, our fault. The property is clean, the beds are comfortable, quiet and safe place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Gravity Haus. The room was clean. The house keeping service was optional. We choose to have our room cleaned and the ladies did a great job. They have coffee for guests in the morning. Front desk were nice and professional.

Lovely chalet style lodge close to downtown. Nice rooms with big bathrooms and homey local snacks and drinks for purchase. Great touch. The front desk people are responsive and available. We used the hot tub and it was heavenly to sit in freezing air with a clean hot tub.

This place is Bad A$$!! And very affordable. The staff is courteous, kind and generally interested in making your stay special. The restaurant Stella is also a treat. A Five Star gem - Master Chef and Staff. Our waiter was so great and passionate about the food! This place rocks! Best meal I have had in recent memory- no over exaggerating. The sea scallops, The mushroom soup. the zucchini dip. The dessert. Wow! I bowed to the Chef on my way out.
Outdoor spa and sauna are clean and the gym is convenient.

As pictured! The Gravity Haus, is close to downtown. It was clean, and it looks just like the pictures. The room was comfortable with everything we needed. They are very thoughtful about details like; phone charger ports, makeup removal wipes, hydration packets and q-tips. The property was quiet, except at peak time in the evening. As with all hotels there was some noise, but nothing upsetting. The staff were helpful, professional and polite. We would absolutely stay here again.
