I made a last-minute reservation on a long trip across the country. At check-in, the lady was very helpful, but there was only one staff member working at the front desk during peak check-in time/sunset; this is when some road-trippers off the road. There was a queue of four guests in front of me at check in; and more after me. I requested a second floor room as a solo traveler, and she was able to accommodate! The $20 incidental hold is nice compared to the standard $50 to $100. The hotel was easy to navigate and has plenty of accessible rooms. The pool area is small, but does the job. There is no hot tub. There is a nice outdoor area for smoking/lounging. The hotel itself is smoke free. My room was clean and neat. I ended up going for a swim and walking around the property. I am looking forward to breakfast in the morning as it is highly rated. Safe travels!

Booked a mobility room which didn't have any wider clearance than a normal room..Threshold to bathroom was raised, difficult to navigate on knee scooter. Shower scattered water all over bathroom floor making it slippery. Faucet had to be run on high to get water into sink. Cockroach in bathroom. Breakfast time stated 7am so we waited and then fpund out it was served earlier.
