For tuguegarao the place was decent. New, clean. Staff specially front desk are not well trained. Had problems with change as I paid in cash.

I like the location, it's peaceful with the mountain view, staff are nice, very accommodating, the room looks very neat, although our room was leaking on top of our bedroom ceiling, but it's was not a big deal we just move the bed a little bit forward. Overall it was a great stay.
