We arrived at the location about 3 p.m. an hour earlier than original check in and the host was accommodating with that. Once we walked inside the place smelled very musty to the point we used my wife's Bath and Body work spray to douse the curtains, couches, and linens. I went to the garbage can located in the Kitchen to throw away a to go drink I had brought with me and when the lid opened a roach ran out. I immediately contacted the host and they assured me they had a contract with a pest control company and no infestation of roaches. I have pictures of 9 killed roaches over our visit. The walls and mini blinds had a heavy cover of dirt and dog hair. the return air vent covers were so covered in dust you couldn't even see the gaps. The vent cover in the master bathroom was just laying on the floor and when my wife stepped on it her foot fell into the duct scraping it. I made the host aware of us being unhappy about the place because the pictures made it look very nice. they offered to do a complimentary clean and then backed out saying their team was not available. The showers had mold in all the corners and looked to never be cleaned. The bedding in the hall bedroom had not been replaced and was soiled from the previous visitors. Shot glasses left on the floor and a dirty syringe left in the cabinet. I have all pictures to document every issue. Beware of booking this property.

Great location, well done home

Communication with owner was easy and excellent, quick to respond and helpful. The location was amazing with short drives to all the fun local areas and parks. The home was very clean, modern and fun vibe for us all. The game room was an excellent bonus room while traveling with our teens and their friends. The only negative for us was the pullout couch is a tiny twin and wasn’t fit with sheets or bedding (we thought it would be a full size pullout from photos). The owner did have Amazon bedding delivered to us the night requested and the bed ended up working just fine for one of the teens. The kitchen is also very minimally stocked. For saying they can host 8, there were not even 8 plates/bowls etc. Minimal cookware, no serving plates/bowls, even limited trash bags, etc. But we got creative and made it all work. Overall, excellent home and great visit to Tulsa!

2024 Black Wall Street

We attended our 1st Black Wall Street Rally this year! Preferred to stay in a home vs. hotel. This property was amazing! Just as the listing stated! Huge yard (our dog would've loved it)!! Open concept! Beds were NICE and COMFORTABLE! Everything we need was close by. If we're ever in Tulsa again, would definitely stay here. (One of the neighbors rode by on his motorcycle and came and introduced himself. Told us to stop by next time and we could ride together!)
