There is a one car garage for you to protect your car and driveway parking. You will be very comfortable in the home that has a newly updated heat and air system. The basement has it's own mini-split heat pump.
You are very close to the Kendall Whitter area and historic route 66 where you will find nice restaurants, breweries, the Circle movie theater and the Mother Road Market
