Where to start… Listen I have been in a lot of “value” hotels especially when it’s just one night. First off the entire building REEKED of cigarettes. Which I get, it’s Tulsa…. But it’s a “non-smoking” hotel….okay 🙄. Lobby and staff was fine. Hot but fine. The room I booked was “non-smoking” room. Opening the door you could smell the cigarette smoke. The sheets and the covers had cigarette burns all over them and smelt of cigarettes. No remote for the tv. Didn’t matter because the cable didn’t work. Little kitchen area was fine. Clean enough and I wasn’t using it so not concerns there. The bathroom was gross. Wallpaper peeling, toilet paper holder broken, shower curtain nasty, and no trash can to be fine in the whole room. It’s only one night we tell ourselves and push on. I shower and immediately the tub starts filling. Great. I hurry up my shower. Takes almost an hour for the tub to drain. Go attend to the business that we came into town for. Come back to go to bed and low and behold… Roaches. On the floor on the side table. The pillows are tiny refuse to sleep under the sheet. The only good thing about this room was the A/C worked very well, loud, but it was nice and cool. Overall, worst hotel stay in awhile. Do not recommend.

Horrifying

Do not stay here! This hotel stank of cigarette smoke. The people hanging around were very scary and appeared to be on drugs. The room was filthy with falling down floor moulding. I didnt even want to se anything down. I felt very unsafe. We checked out immediately!

Terrible. You cant check in early at all not just because its extra but because there is no one at the desk. Also additional fees for early and late check out. Place wreaked of weed and piss. Unnatural since of danger. Two rooms i was shown, one smelled of sandlewood and Cigarette smoke. The second had visibly lumpy beds and a huge horse fly landed on the bed as i walked in. Paint pulling away in spots from water damage

Room was awful

Staff was great and outside of hitel was great. room was the worst ive ever stayed in. Walls were dirty. No light in the bedroom area... no fixture and no lamp so no option for light. There was ine towel in the room. We had 3 people so i asked for more and was given one more because thats all they had. Bed only had a sheet. Parking lot had a lot of sketchy people loitering. We got what sleep we could and left.

Clerk sent me to a room with Half Naked Angry man!

We stayed in a different hotel that we booked 20 minutes after our check in time to this nightmare hotel. We left immediately because the room was trashed, the lobby was trashed, and the clerk gave me a key card to 'check out a new room' which I ventured to alone- inside was a half naked man who angrily chased me out into the hallway. I don't blame the man, he probably assumed he was in a safely locked room for the night. The clerk endangered my safety by giving me that card so carelessly and also violated that man's privacy. Now hotels.com is not pursuing the matter because the 'manager won't answer calls'. I provided the number that was written on a note taped to the countertop there which I had exchanged a call and text message with, I'm hoping they'll try again. Oh! And the floor was busted in multiple places, the ceiling was leaking, and there were no blankets on the bed. If you gave me 10 years, I still couldn't guess what the 'damage deposit' could be for, because there's nothing functional to start with. The only silver lining was my incredible partner who after hearing about the man in the room came to my defense and got us out of there headed towards paradise in minutes. Hotels.com had VERY inaccurate pictures and rating!

Never got a room. My wife and I got there and found out that our reservation is not a guarantee that a room is available. My wife and I been staying in hotels for years and we've never run into this problem!

Entire hotel smelled like dogs and cigarettes. Wall paper was peeled, no blanches on bed, unknown substance on floor and refrigerator. Mold in bathtub. No toilet papers. Ants, spiders, roaches in room. I had to get out there and checked out without staying. Front guy was nice and apologetic. Not his fault. But it was horrible.

I felt like I got catfished by Expedia. The photos they show you make it look like a cute boutique hotel. In reality it's a hell hole. I had to change rooms twice, because of non-working showers, non-working appliances, graffiti on the walls in the furniture, showers with no water pressure or no hot water. Never once did they mention the do-it-yourself made service where you have to put your towels and sheets outside the door in the morning, then they get delivered to your room in a plastic bag for you to make your bed and put the towels away. The rooms were in disarray, it was just overall an unpleasant experience and I cannot, I repeat cannot express how horrible this place was. Was. I would never go here again and I would tell everyone I know to stay as far away from this hotel as I possibly can. And this is the nicest thing I can say about it.

Should be shut down.

Terrible. My first room, the window was wide open and there was at least 40 flies using it as a breeding ground. I got another room, which had cigarette burn holes in both the sheets and the curtains. There was no shower curtain and the bath tub was filthy. The air conditioner was blowing out even more cigarette-tainted air. Every single staircase was out of order being “repainted” and only one working elevator. This has to be some kind of fire hazard violation! Basically no fire escape in case of emergency.
