VERY UNHAPPY with Hotels.com & will spread word!
I tried to cancel my second night early on the morning I needed to cancel but manager would not refund my second nights stay. I had booked thru Hotels.com so the hotel said they could not work it out with Hotels.com to be able to refund me due to some fee they were being charged by them. I called Hotels.com to explain the situation and they could/would Not help me either. I am VERY dissatisfied with Hotels.com for this situation as I have been with them for 10 plus years and have Never asked for a refund or change of reservation ever. I thought they might do something to make it right to keep a good customer but apparently not. I will NO LONGER stay with or recommend Hotels.com unless they make some effort to make this right and at least give me a partial refund.

We looked at a lot of hotels in the area and I'm SO HAPPY we chose Holiday Inn Catoosa. Our room was modern and VERY CLEAN! Breakfast was hot and very good. Check-in & out was quick and staff was all very kind and professional. Best value by far. Highly recommend!
