The property is in an excellent location for traveling around, local Tulsa area. Some construction around property but was easy to navigate around. Excellent bar downstairs, excellent drinks

Staff very friendly and helpful, available to go the mile and beyond for client satisfaction. No pool on this one I got confused with the other Hyatt downtown property thinking this one had a pool but it didn’t. It was my mistake dough.

The wood flooring was off in some places and made gaps. Had to sleep with earplugs because the air conditioner made a loud buzzing sound and taking off sound when stopping and starting . Room was way small for the price.

Our floor in our room was filthy. So bad I reported to front desk upon leaving for evening. Music outside our room kept us awake until 2am. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Toaster didn’t work.

The view from the room was amazing. It was a nice and updated room. The AC was not working in our room. They were quick to address the issue. After fixing the issue didnt work, they moved us to a different room. However, the view from the new room was not the best. It's not what we originally paid for. However, the AC was working and we were able to enjoy the view from the other room for a couple of hours. It was difficult to find self parking. So, we ended up doing valet.
