Welcome to The Madison! This brand new beautiful home in the heart of Tulsa's historic Brookside district abounds with comfortable and luxurious amenities and details.



The home is just 5 blocks from the entrance to The Gathering Place: Tulsa's Riverfront Park, voted USA Today's Best City Park in 2021.



Also within walking distance is Tulsa's historic Brookside district, one of the city's premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations.


The Madison is elevated living in the heart of Tulsa’s historic Brookside district.



This beautifully designed 5-bedroom, 3,800 square foot home was built in late 2021 by Kevin Patterson's NexGen Homes, in a boho-modern style with luxe finishes throughout. Tulsa designer Karen Rebele of Details and Design Tulsa has added her beautiful touch with furnishings, artwork, and accessories.


The Madison's open concept living and kitchen space are perfect for keeping everyone together in one space. The fully equipped chef's kitchen includes GE Cafe appliances, and an abundance of everything you'll need to prepare a perfect family meal. The kitchen also features a coffee, tea, and espresso bar and adult beverage station. The living room features a 65" Smart TV, gas-log fireplace, and an audio system that can be heard throughout the lower level. The dining area has a large table that seats 8 comfortably, and a leaf can be added for expanded elbow room.


The first floor also boasts a large, secluded king Master Suite with stunning bathroom, and large walk-in closet. The large glass-enclosed shower features both a traditional and relaxing overhead rain showerhead. There's also a deep soaking tub perfect for an afternoon of relaxation.

There's a second king suite on the first floor that features its own full bathroom (shower/tub combo), and a large walk-in closet.

For those needing a place to work, a beautiful paneled office offers privacy with large windows and natural light. There's also a printer for guest use.

During spring, summer, and fall, you'll enjoy spending time on the beautifully finished covered patio. It features an outdoor gas fireplace that provides amazing ambient heat. The outdoor kitchen features a built-in Blaze Grill and fridge.

There is also fully equipped laundry room on the first level with washer and dryer. Guests who are staying for an extended period of time will love the new Samsung appliances, iron, and steamer.

The second level features 3 additional bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and one with two full beds. The king bedroom upstairs shares a bathroom with the room that has two full beds. The queen bedroom shares a bathroom with the hallway, near the game room entrance.

The Madison features a large game room upstairs with a pool table and 75” TV.

The location of The Madison couldn't get better. It's centrally located in Tulsa's Brookside Addition, equidistant from I-44 and the south leg of Tulsa's Inner Dispersal Loop, connecting to Hwy 75, I-244, and The Broken Arrow Expressway.

The garage features ample space for two cars or trucks, and there is driveway parking for two more vehicles. Street parking is also available, but we ask that you be respectful of where you park, and not park multiple cars in front of neighbors' homes.

Upon booking, access to The Madison will be provided by a code to use on our SmartLock at the front door. For those who must use the garage, a special garage code will be given upon request.


Concierge Services
We offer concierge services for our guests, including recommendations, reservations, additional cleanings, transportation coordination, grocery shopping and other special requests. For celebrity or high-profile guests visiting Tulsa, we can also provide private security services with uniformed or non-uniformed off-duty police officers.

What an amazing place!

This place provided for all our needs plus extras, like a tray full of snacks, paper plates and plastic cutlery. There was a wide variety of cooking utensils in every size, and enough silverware and tableware for 12 of us easily. It was spacious with a pantry and large laundry room for extra storage. The refrigerator-freezer was extra large and even had a wine cooler. The icing on the cake was that it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. This definitely rates 5 stars.

Is it a house or a SPA?!

This property exceeded all of our expectations. Executive level comfort with wide, spacious, comfortable rooms. Expansive cooking area and incredibly well equipped for any chef. Backyard patio with fireplace to share a glass of wine or a sip an expresso. For those that are active, there is a wonderful trail down by the riverfront with wide, well lit paths for anytime of day. I think the prior reviews have done justice to this beautiful home. Everything was done to make our stay there just perfect. Excellent communication when we had a question, all the amenities, like laundry pods,or bath gel, lotion, etc. I frequently rent homes when traveling, & too often there's a half roll of paper towel in the kitchen that might as well be toilet paper. Not the case here! Everything needed is provided, with top-notch quality. The Madison has been my favorite, so far, & that's saying a lot! We hope to be back this summer to enjoy again!

Beautiful Home!

A pipe froze and broke in our home, flooding the entire main floor. It was a big deal! We needed a place to stay for a while, and this beautiful home was the perfect place for us! It is clean, new, inviting, and beautifully furnished. The beds are very comfortable. We were able to get the rest we needed to face the huge project of fixing up our badly damaged home. Thank you! Perfect Family Holiday Venue

Our family gathered at The Madison for Thanksgiving. It was roomy and comfortable for our Thanksgiving Dinner for 10 people. The owner/manager went above and beyond to make sure we had all the utensils and place settings to prepare the meal—including a large turkey platter! We have stayed in many VRBOs but this is the top of the list!
