Staff rude. Valet lazy. Every casinos valet and or front desk helps you with bags. Osage casino staff just stare you down as you struggle with your bags. My room was filthy and run down there is no refrigerator In Room and no microwave

The hotel itself was nice enough and clean. The only issue really was just the lack or refrigerator in the room. I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that didn’t have a small refrigerator.

The AC in our original room was not working. It was set to 68° but would not go below 75°. At one point, our room was 78°. We were there for a concert so we told the front desk BEFORE the concert our air was not working. We were told it would be fixed when we returned from the concert. Fast forward to after the concert and we walk into our room at 77° even though it was still set to 68°. We called the front desk and we were told maintenance would be up to look at our unit. An hour later still no maintenance. We then go BACK down to the front desk and tell them maintenance has not been up and it just keeps getting hotter. They radio maintenance and they say they’re on the way. We return to our room and maintenance meets us. He looks at our unit and the filter had not been changed in a while. They do a hard reset on our unit and told us to give it 20 minutes and it’ll cool down. 45 minutes later and our room is still 78°. We return to the front desk for the fourth time and ask to be switched to a different room. The worker told us probably not since they were sold out but she would look into it. She went to the back to check and comes back out with a different room for us to move to. I’m grateful we got switched to a different room but it should not have taken 4 hours, a phone call, and four different front desk visits to get our problem taken care of. We will not return.
