The front desk lady was sleeping and snoring while a customer came in. He tapped on her head several times for her to wake up but she wouldn’t. Staff from the next door hotel came in and went behind the desk and woke her up. 11/29 around 8pm-10pm check your camera. This woman wqs also very rude to guest. She was filled with attitude and never kind or polite. I’ve stayed here three years in a row. I will never stay again. Staff walked in my room without knocking twice to clean my room. While I was just standing on the other side of door. Maybe the staff as a whole needs to be retrained. Another gentleman who ran from desk complained about how he lives at the hotel more than her own new apartment. Maybe hire more staff. Either way this hotel is going downhill. I use to enjoy staying here and recommend it to serval families. I will not do that anymore. Good luck.

Really nice room and a lot of space. Really modern and comfortable. Bathroom totally nice and clean. Breakfast space super nice and a lot of variety in food. Small things: Two TVs but counter top were dusty, toilet paper holder in bathroom was broken, one couch cushions ripped. TV in living room was glitchy, TV in bedroom worked perfectly fine. Some mold spots on ceiling in bathroom. Area is pretty nice and safe. Close to a lot of food places and super target. Enjoyed the short trip! Staff was really nice :)

This was a lovely space for my visit to Tulsa. The room was spacious, with all the amenities. The staff were all warm and friendly. Breakfast was different than most places, but in a good way. Loved the potatoes! Best of all, even with other hotel around, it was quiet and there was plenty of parking, even if you came in late at night.

Thanks but no thanks!

When we arrived they was no one at the front desk for almost 10 minutes. The person checked us in then told us the elevator was broken. Our room was on the 3rd floor. She offered to call us the next day when a room became available on the 1st floor, but didn't. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower door wouldn't stay close. We checked out a day early.

Coulda been great

I was there for 5 days, staff was friendly, breakfast was what you expect. But, not having internet the whole time I was there was very frustrating. I checked twice a day being told they were working on it. My last day I was told there was a part of some kind they were waiting for? In this day and age that just doesn’t seem right!

Staff need to look up the meaning of "polite'

The elevator was in a bad shape. I prepaid my booking, and upon check-in, in I was charged again for the room as opposed to a damage deposit. I reached out for a refund and the staffs were ill-mannered!! I expect better from Hotel staffs, especially when you don't know who is on the other side of the phone.

Our room was excellent it was clean and quiet we enjoy our stay tremendously. It was almost like being at home we could cook relax watch TV entertain. ( W/out everyone having to sit on the floor or the bed like hotel room.... Lol)

When I checked in, the front desk clerk was talking to another employee for about 10 minutes while I stood there. The TV in my room didn't work. Eventually, I had to pack back up and move to another room. In the morning, the water line broke (it was cold) so there was no water to take a shower. Rooms were nice, but several things just didn't make it a pleasant stay.
