We chose this hotel for the indoor pool but when we arrived the pool was not clean, water looked gross so we didn’t get into it. The hot tub was not hot or even warm enough to enjoy so we got out after putting our feet in it. The bed was comfortable though and they staff was quick about switching out the waffle mix.

Our stay was better than expected. The area outside was well lit and felt safe. Staff was friendly. Check in was easy and smooth. Breakfast was alright for the price. Husband said he'd stay again just fpr the eggs.😄 We will be back.

I had originally reserved for 2 nights, the first night i tried to get a refund on the 2nd night as i witnessed drug transactions going on between 2 individuals thru the wrought iron fencing. I was told by the woman that I'd have to wait until the morning because it was paid for and he'd have to give me the refund. I brought all valuables(including my firearm) into the room that night and there were people steady walking back and forth thru the parking lots. The next morning I go to ask for a refund and cancel the next night's stay and he refused staying that i was there on a discounted rate and it cost over 100/ night originally which was NOT the truth. I had viewed that it fact was the rate that i had in fact paid. The only thing that he was willing to do was change my room and that's it. Upon entering the next room i instantly started having an allergy attack as it had an awful smell of mildew & despair. I wasn't able to get sleep ALL NIGHT! I didn't completely get my things out of the room and didn't realize until late that i had left my locked box with my firearm in the previous room. I immediately called the hotel upon realizing and they stated that they didn't find it. I told them that if they hadn't found it that means they didn't clean the room as it was in the desk. At that point it was considered stolen because if it wasn't there the housekeeper or other staff has it. So I immediately went through the steps and made a police report with TPD. I'LL NEVER GO BACK

Did not have full size pillows, they were the size of couch pillows. Our tv remote didn’t have batteries in it. The reason we chose this place initially was because of the indoor pool they promoted, the water was murky, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned it a while, and it smelled awful in there. When we requested more towels for our room the woman at the front desk questioned why we needed more.

Yuck. Homeless people hanging around area, and cutting through parking lot. Room was cramped, dirty and smelly. Horrible coffee. Loud AC. Hot tub was just above room temperature and barely had enough water to cover to soak in.

It was nice but the first room I got into the AC was leaking all over the floor and when I told the front desk lady she kinda looked at me like I was dumb because I wanted to move rooms, but the floor was soaking wet and then there was somebody that was next-door to me that apparently lives there and they had a barking dog barked all night Other than that it’s a great place to stay for cheap

The only issue I had was I didn't have a lot of water pressure in the shower in my room. But I made do. The bed was comfortable, the tv and channel selection was great, the AC worked well and it was quiet.
