We had a wonderful time at this business hotel as a family. It’s conveniently located near both the city centre and tourist hotspots. One of the receptionists, Aymal, truly went above and beyond. Great stay at the Movenpick. We enjoyed the quick check in and beautiful room/property. Just wish that the bedding wasn’t so thick and hot and that the pillows were firmer. However, to be fair, we didn’t ask them to be changed. The airport shuttle was quick, comfortable and efficient.

The room had a strong toilet smell that made it very uncomfortable to stay in. The staff were unprofessional and argumentative, even when the breakfast order was clearly wrong. Perfect short stay

PERFECT location in Tunis with view of lake and short walk from few eateries including KFC, Chillies etc and otherwise short taxi rides to the mall, the Medina (souk area) or even the airport .. Hotel and staff all great - they lived up to the 5 star standard !!
