Luxury Stay at Novotel Tunis Lac
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Tunis Lac, and I must say, it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the time I checked out, I was impressed by the exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and unforgettable experiences. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. The front desk staff welcomed me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making me feel like a valued guest from the start. Due to an issue with bed, I have got a free upgrade to a junior suite, it was simply stunning. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, exuding a sense of comfort and elegance. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room, from the plush bedding to the high-quality amenities. The breathtaking view from my window added an extra touch of magic to each morning and evening. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Housekeeping was impeccable, and I always returned to a perfectly refreshed and organized room. The room service was prompt, and the food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Beyond the hotel itself, the location was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and vibrant city life, allowing me to explore the local culture and soak in the beauty of the surroundings easily. I was there for a business trip and overall my experience was positive. My only comment is the service at the restaurant can be a bit slow. But they know how to make up for your wait. If you have any questions or feel like they are taking too long, you should definitely not hesitate to go ask. The staff is very nice and professional!

Clean and modern, nice staff, average breakfast. Overall a good hotel. It seems like it is built to cater business travelers. Location is not touristy like LAC1 area. Lobby is small.
