> MASTER DOUBLE BEDROOM: Double bed with semi-rigid mattress and wooden slats
> LIVING ROOM: 1 large double sofa bed with wooden slats + 1 large single bed (200 cm x 90 cm) with wooden slats

> Cotton bed linen + duvets + Bath towels (3 towels per person = 1 shower + 1 medium + 1 small)
> Kitchen linen: fabric tablecloth + dish towels + placemats
Some COMPLIMENTARY FREE (ITALIAN) BREAKFASTS : sweets / biscuits + rusks + jam + coffee capsules + tea + milk + fruit juice

In the KITCHEN: Nescafè Dolcegusto coffee machine (with capsules) - Induction cooktop - Microwave oven - Dishwasher - Washing machine - detergents included / plenty of pans and tableware
> NO GAS! Everything is powered only electrically with a total power of 5.5 kW
> Kitchen essentials (coffee, tea, infusions, sugar, coarse and fine salt, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, spices, kitchen paper, etc.)

In the BATHROOM: 2 hair dryers - Shampoo and shower gel - Toilet with handles and shower head - Large shower with handles and seat + door that can be closed and opened when seated

For CHILDREN: Baby Baby up to 3 years (with sheets and blankets + towels) = on request with an extra fee of € 30 / stay
- Table high chair - Stool + Toilet Adapter + Potty for the bathroom: always available
- Set of bowls, cutlery and glasses - some simple games: always available

ACCESSIBILITY: FULLY ACCESSIBLE with LARGE SPACES EVERYWHERE AND AD HOC BATHROOM! The elevator measures cm. 98 x 58 cm (from ground floor to the 1st floor in 20 seconds: to be used inside the lift if necessary: a narrow wheelchair can be rented from a partner shop - ask me for info)
