    After being in the city all day we went to check in. Wonderful Italy sent us an app to press a button to open the front door then the apartment door, but this app did not work. We tried calling 3 different numbers to get into contact with them and 2 of them didn't work. We finally got through and we did speak to someone who tried to help. We had to get some one else to buzz us into the building and when we got up to there, the key box would not open. With the help of the person on the phone, we got into the key box to find it was empty! We went back into the city whilst wonderful Italy sorted it. They managed to get someone out and bring us some keys. This was all very upsetting for our two small children. Upon getting in finally, we were pleased with the size and cleanliness of the apartment and didn't have a bad stay there. Everyone slept quite well and we loved having a fridge. However, we did encounter other issues. The air con was not great. It took 2 hours to go from 30 to 29 degrees and we could not get it cooler because we weren't in for long. The apartment is advertised as having an oven. We went out shopping to cook dinner to find there was no oven! Also, the microwave screen didn't work so we had troubles using it, the wash machine had no instructions given. The house manual was useless. E.g under the microwave tab it only said 'microwave is in kitchen '. Despite this, it was large, great location and quiet and we did like the apartment.
