Pleasantly surprised for the value! It was spacious and ideally located in the city center & had a nice balcony to view the happenings & the property had AC. I was very comfortable and Mariana was a very kind & accommodating host with my anxious self.

Innanzitutto la camera era molto pulita e la posizione è favolosa: a un passo dalla stazione di Porta Nuova e dalla fermata metro. Situata all inizio del pedonale ha vicino tutto ciò che serve: bar ristoranti e negozi. Inoltre la ragazza alla reception, Marianna, è stata gentilissima e super disponibile

優れた立地、

中央駅周辺にあり、トラムも近くに通っており、交通は便利です。周囲には多くのレストラン、カフェがあり、スーパーマーケットも近くにあります。キッチンもあり自炊できます。スタッフは人数が少ないようですが、フレンドリーです。部屋はきれいです。少ないスタッフ人数のため、チェックインの時間帯が9:00-12:00と15:00-18:30と限られていますので、特に深夜に到着する便の場合は注意が必要です。チェックインの際は、入り口のインターホンで連絡できます。なお、予約後に日程を短縮したい場合、日本のHotels.comは契約外ということで対応できないということです。また、一方でホテルに連絡したところ、ホテルのコンピュータに登録されたとおりに宿泊費を支払う必要がホテル側にはあるということで、ドイツの電話番号（予約センター？）を教えてくれました。最終的には、国際電話を通じて英語で予約の日程短縮を依頼できました。

トリノ市内で、近くにレストランやお店が多い、治安の良い地域にあり便利でした。英語が話せるスタッフは一人のみで、サービス時間に制限はありますが、家族的な雰囲気で過ごせました。
