The building, truly unique in its kind, features the typical layout with a porticoed entrance hall, corner staircase with columns, and a courtyard divided by arches. On the rear façade, there is a fresco depicting arches and a wooded landscape, creating a scenic architectural backdrop against the surrounding buildings.
