Nested in the quietest part of an elegant 18th century apartment building, at the heart of the most beautiful part of town, Casa Matilde has unparalleled views of the Mole Antonelliana and a truly magnificent and breathtaking private terrace. It is a high-ceilinged unit with original frescoes, tastefully renovated, modernly equipped and comfortably furnished.
Be aware that if you check in after 8pm there is a cash surcharge of 30 euros that goes directly to the person who will check you in.
If the check in is between 10pm and 12am the surcharge is 50 euros. Be mindful, somebody is not at home but at Casa Matilde waiting for you to arrive on time :)

Amazing stay! Check-in was smooth with all of our questions answered and help with places to start in Turin with insider events that were unknown to use and so much fun! They outside space is a gem in this area, close to everything and while the kitchen was small, it had everything we needed to feed our family for the week.

We had a lovely time in Torino. The apartment was in a great location, step outside and you are in the city. The apartment was so clean and had everything we needed. The terrace is definitely the star such a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. All the top attractions are within walking distance. Francesca was so helpful on check in, the whole process was very easy. Would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment for a stay.

Beautiful place to stay in central location! We enjoyed the spacious garden and main bedroom. The loft bed was a bit awkward because we would loose our pillows without a headboard. If someone uses the bathroom in the night the light shines directly into your eyes from a window in the loft. Quick note for feather allergies - bedding in the main room and sofa are all feathers. Was a bit challenging for family allergies. I should have asked first - that was my mistake. It is quite a nice place with responsive and helpful owners.

Amazing apartment in an incredible location!

This is such a cute and cozy apartment in an absolutely amazing location in Turin! It has a spectacular roofdeck with a view of the Mole - perfect for enjoying all the delicious wine and chocolate we bought! The hostesses were very communicative and helpful. We honestly could not have had a better experience and I recommend this place 100% for anyone visiting Turin!

Wonderful ending

We ended our three week Italian tour in Turin to visit ancestral home. The apartment and rooftop garden were the perfect place to recharge before heading home. We hope to return with more family in the future. Our host was wonderful! She recommended wonderful restaurants and cafes and was always available for questions.

A lovely apartment. The roof garden is wonderful - a Mediterranean oasis just minutes from the hustle and bustle of the main street. The location is fantastic, and the apartment very well provisioned, with the added bonus of a dishwasher. Franci who met us was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

A hidden gem near the Mole

Perfection

This is the perfect apartment, in the perfect location. It’s a short walk to the piazza, Royale Palace, Mole Antonella, and a ton of great restaurants and shops. The place itself is lovely. The beds are comfortable, and it is well equipped and had everything we needed. The standout is definitely the terrace. It has gorgeous views and is the perfect place to have a glass of wine under the canopy, enjoying the smell of the jasmine and roses growing all around. We could have stayed out there for the duration of our trip. The hosts were very welcoming, and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

This is a wonderful place right in Turin town center. It's very quiet (the only noise is from the nearby church tower clock chiming during daytime hours). It's a cozy little apartment with enough room for 3 people. Francesca and Elisabetta were excellent hosts and took care of all our needs (sightseeing tips, restaurant and taxi reservations etc) and were always responsive. They were very warm and welcoming and we enjoyed our interactions with them. Public transportation is easily available and many of the Turin sights are just a few minutes walk away. All in all, a fantastic experience and thoroughly recommended. We felt like we were a part of Turin city for the week that we were there.

Incredible 12 days!

We enjoyed every minute in this enchanting home. From the moment we were greeted and oriented to the space everything was perfect! The apartment is in a lovely historic building. The charm starts at the huge double doors from the portico lined street into the courtyard and continues up to the spacious patio with views of the Mole and the bell tower of the adjacent church. The pictures are spot on, yet it was magical seeing it in person. We spent many special moments relaxing, reading, or having apertivo under the canopy. Inside, the house lacks nothing needed for a carefree stay and everything is top quality. The beds are super comfy after full days of exploring beautiful Turin. We will surely be back!

Merveilleux !!!

Hébergement magnifique, idéalement situé dans le centre historique de Turin, à deux pas de l'opéra, des grands musées, et des promenades sous les arcades. Très bel appartement, très propre, soigné et parfaitement aménagé. Tout est pensé pour le confort des hôtes. Il n'y manque rien. La terrasse est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Très grande, arborée, on peut y prendre ses repas même par temps de pluie. C'est un plus extraordinairement appréciable. Francesca assure un accueil chaleureux, à la fois professionnel et très humain, impeccable, détaillé, très facilitant pour la suite du séjour. Merci à elle ! Cet hébergement est un joyau, et Abritel peut en être fier pour ses clients. Le séjour a été un enchantement. Nous avons eu bien du mal à quitter cet endroit magique où nous avons été sincèrement très heureux. Nous le conseillons sans hésitation, et y retournerons sans faute lorsque nous aurons à séjourner à nouveau à Turin.

Une annonce totalement conforme à notre découverte, une situation parfaite, une terrasse exceptionnelle et verdoyante, un intérieur charmant, rempli d'attentions (jusqu'au petit bouquet de fleurs fraîches...) et une mention particulière à Madame Francesca pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité ! Nous avons apprécié y passer 4 nuits reposantes (et fraîches grâce à l'air conditionné au vu les températures !) après notre visite de la ville !
