The rooms were very clean. The bed was one of the best we had ever slept on. The staff was exceptional especially Lisa. She went above and beyond to help us when we needed it. We will definitely return any time we are in the area!!

The TV in the room was not working. I was told that it was new and it needed a remote that they had in the office. This was an easy fix. However, went to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper, no soap, shampoo, or body wash. Beds were very uncomfortable, and room was dated and needed repairs. Front desk person seemed to be annoyed that we asked for these things. We were not allowed to enter the hotel through the lobby. You had to check in at a window in a corridor between the outside and lobby where they gave you a key. Then we were told to go back outside in the cold and enter through the door that was right next door to the front entrance. Our room was literally right outside the lobby in the hall. It made no sense. We did not even eat the breakfast. It was not inviting at all. They had mini donuts and mini muffins, waffle mix, and plain cereal. I did not take notice, but they may have had fruit and yogurt, not sure. Breakfast area was a very small room. The only advantage was that there were many restaurants nearby. We were only there to sleep after a 17-hour drive, or we would have probably changed hotels.

Parking was good. Staff was friendly and helpful I did not eat breakfast, so no commentcon that part of my stay. Would recommend anyone to stay there. Very clean and nice.

Check on was super fast, the room was decently clean. The bathroom wasn’t fully stocked, there’s was dried bar soap in the shower from someone else’s prior stay, the hot water wasn’t as hot as it needed to be, and the tv kept randomly coming on throughout the night. All in all for the price we paid, it was decent.

Staff was fine. Room had an empty Kleenex dispenser, two empty soap dispensers, and an empty shampoo dispenser. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pathetic-- coffee in an urn that had to be refilled often, poor and scant choice of "pastries" and no fruit. It did have waffle maker and Rick hard oleo.
