Room was pretty dirty heaps of black hair in the corners of bathroom and kitchen. No buffet at night only breakfast. Restaurant very over priced but don’t have much of an option when you stay with little ones

The hotel needs some management attention. The rooms are tired and in need of refurbishment. I estimate 50% over what the rate for the room should be. Airconditioning barely makes a difference to the heat and is very loud. The service at the bar for the resort was not good. The entire inside bar was closed all night on a Saturday night. Meaning you could not sit in comfort in doors out of the whether and order a drink this is despite the actual service bar having an indoor and outdoor section that staff could serve from. Check in staff were great. Ultimately this hotel looks a bit tired and run down and in need of a refresh to bring it back to its former standard.
