Cozinha completinha. Limpeza ok, porém com manchas de tinta nos azuejos e chão ( mal pintado) Chuveiro ruim muito proximo ao box. Achei o quarto com beliche muito apertado. Se fosse uma king sem a beliche no quarto ficaria perfeito.

Custo benefício.

Local residencial tranquilo. Limpeza. Mercado próximo. Fica a 400m da Praia do Lázaro e 800m da Domingo Dias. Você consegue fazer tudo a pé. Como Ubatuba é um lugar caro para fazer as refeições. A pousada por ter cozinha , ajuda bastante.
