The House

The House is on the beach and has two entrances, one by the sand and another by the street, where the cars enter. The project aimed to provide its guests with full contact with nature, either by the sea view, the landscape design and its backyards, where squirrels, blue butterflies and exotic birds are common.

With a beautiful swimming pool between the house and the beach, it is a new construction in an area of 1,500 m2 and 27 m facing the sea. It has large environments, with ample ventilation and natural light, appliances, sofas, beach chairs, sun loungers, ombrelone, and table on the pool decks.

Don’t look anywhere else! Stay here and you will have the best vacation in Ubatuba!!
I had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. When we arrived we were greeted by Josi and her daughterJadi. The house inside was decorated super cute, with bright colors that lit up the rooms and made it really feel like a beach house as opposed to a regular home. The best part of this place though is stepping out into the backyard and admiring the magnificent view. The scenery is jaw-dropping, with a clean pool, hammocks, chairs, and a perfect view of the beach. The location is perfect! I think what made this place worth the stay was Josi and her family. They were extremely accommodating, especially since we had early tours planned, so Josi would wake up early to make us breakfast. The lunch was always delicious, especially the feijoada. Her daughter came everyday to clean the rooms so the house always smelled fresh. My mother was not able to go on the trips with us because shes sick, so Josi was kind enough to take care of her and check up to make sure shes doing okay while we were gone.She even made her soup and a smoothie to make sure she ate. The place is also dog friendly and Josi’s family took very good care of our dog while we were gone! Overall 10/10 would recommend this place! Thank you Josi,Jadi and Bruno for all you did. If I go back to Ubatuba a thousand times I will stay at your house. ❤️

Casa sensacional, recomendo!
Quero deixar registrado o quanto meus amigos e eu amamos a estadia. Lugar maravilhoso, limpo, organizado, bem localizado! Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Josi, uma pessoa simpática e prestativa. O espaço do deck é fantástico, ficamos a maior parte do tempo lá. Sem contar a piscina, que maravilha! O café da manhã e almoço preparado pelas meninas fizeram toda a diferença, que delícia!!! Proprietário extremamente preocupado e atencioso, voltaremos mais vezes.

O melhor dos mundos ente um hotel e uma casa de aluguel.
A casa é incrível! Por mais que pareça difícil acreditar, é ainda mais impressionante que nas fotos. A ajuda da Josi e da Mi para arrumar a casa pela manhã fez a temporada parecer uma mistura de um hotel com uma casa de aluguel. O melhor dos dois: a comodidade do hotel com a privacidade da casa. O Bruno sempre muito prestativo, pronto para esclarecer dúvidas e dar dicas. Vale muito a pena!

Simplesmente Espetacular
Nós adoramos a estadia! Foi tudo magnífico e encantador! Tudo perfeito! Super organizado, muito limpo, a receptividade excelente (desde o início da viajem e o após)! As crianças em especial curtiram muito a piscina e todo o espaço. O deck foi o local que passei momentos de relaxamento especial - adoro olhar o mar e a posição do deck é perfeita! Foi uma experiência excelente!
